1. REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns on any orders.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@airway.fit with a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Exchanges

If you received the wrong size band, we are happy to exchange it for the correct size free of charge. Please contact us at hello@airway.fit with your order number and the size you need.
